  163. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
  164. Shipping is via US air mail, which takes about a week to reach 
  165. you. Shipment will commence when clear funds are received. 
  166. Since it is shipped out of state, we charge no taxes. We are 
  167. not aware of any duty or taxes payable by you upon receipt. If 
  168. you wish expedited courier service (UPS "RED".  1-2 days), the 
  169. cost is actual charges plus $7.  This is usually around $60 for 
  170. a 2.2 lb.(1 kg) package.

  172. Our terms on all ex-USA orders are prepaid via Credit Card 
  173. (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX), or check drawn on a USA 
  174. bank payable (must have 9 digit Federal Reserve routing number, 
  175. in MICR font with magnetic ink on the bottom of the check) 
  176. through the New York Clearinghouse (not a bank).  Please note:  
  177. Credit card payments are preferred.

  179. If you use your credit card, we require the account number, the 
  180. expiration date, the name exactly as it appears on the card, 
  181. cardholder's signature, the billing address for the card, and a 
  182. photocopy of same.
